, is looking to hire a full time -temporary Facilities Maintenance Specialist to assist the Foreman with managing the facilities related operations of a multi site organization.
Including daily interior and exterior routine maintenance, moving equipment and supplies, property maintenance (lawn, parking lots, playgrounds), managing work orders, painting.
Successful candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent (AA preferred), and current drivers license, excellent communication skills, mechanical knowledge.
